The council’s leader said the trustees of the National Football Museum has “stuck two fingers” up at the people of Lancashire by agreeing its move to Manchester. Manchester City Council’s leader, Sir Richard Leese, said he was “disappointed” by Preston Council’s reaction over the museum’s move to Urbis.

I'll try and reconnect with a new band, new songs and I'm feeling confident about the songs…I'm feeling a million per cent confident that they could be better than Oasis.”
