Re the naked gardener, didn't anyone realise that an 80-year-old man who, 'is planning to move to Spain, where he would have a carer 24 hours a day', probably has dementia?
Nice neighbours, compiling a dossier on him, resulting in his house arrest for 8 weeks.
I know, bad call from the neighbours. Surely they should have been helping him, they must have known he was not awfully well. Reminds of when I was growing up, one neighbour used to walk his dog, totally naked at 3am, everyone looked out for him and eventually he got the care he deserved. Sad, the way we treat the elderly in this country
I have to agree with the Binbag thing, It's horrible in Fallowfield at the moment. Especially with all the students emptying the houses for the summer. They could have timed it better!
