LABOUR MP GRAHAM STRINGER has tabled a motion for Sir Alex Ferguson to become a Lord. GREATER MANCHESTER NHS IS TO AXE £400M from their budget in order to cut costs over the next four years. The cuts are to be made by Greater Manchester's primary care trusts, in charge of GP surgeries and health facilities across the North. The majority of savings will be made by sharing management costs and not filling vacancies.
