Sights and Sounds from Salford, the Salford Film Festival's main event, promises to be a night for TV, music and film lovers alike. A comical panel show hosted by Terry Christian and featuring a star packed panel including Tina Malone (Shameless), Will Rush (Waterloo Road) with music provided by the BBC Philharmonic, the quiz show promises to be an evening filled with laughter.
Prior to Sights and Sounds from Salford, the Meet BBC North event will focus on why the BBC is moving 2,300 staff to Salford Quays and how you can get involved.
All of the BBC events at Salford Film Festival are free and tickets can be reserved by calling The Lowry on 0843 208 6000 (calls cost 5per min) or visiting the box office.
