Want To Be A TV Extra?

THAT man you see sat in the Rovers Return, sipping on apple juice disguised as a proper pint and not really saying much? He gets paid for his small claim to fame.

Boss Casting Agency has provided background artists for well-known TV shows filmed in the region such as Hollyoaks, Coronation Street, Shameless, The Accused, Moving On and Fresh Meat, plus TV adverts for Adidas and Holland & Barrett and Hollywood films Sherlock Holmes and Captain America.

The agency is currently looking for new faces to blend into the background of our favourite TV shows and new film projects. And the good news in they want to keep it local.  

A casting booker from Boss said: “We want to keep the film productions being made in the North employing extra’s from the North. We want to help support the local community by keeping the work here.”
