CIRCLE 360, is the new champagne and cocktail bar in the Trafford Centre, launched by the owners of Manchester city centre venue, the Circle Club.
“We’re now working with a local supplier on an organic champagne ice-cream that we’re just putting the finishing touches to."
The latest Circle addition can be found in the Italian galleries on the first floor of the Orient food court. It takes centre stage; positioned in the middle of the walkway rather than in a unit. It’s because of the open plan setting that it can actually live up to its name – offering 360 degrees of people watching for nosey boozers.
The white marble bar - designed by local interior designer Paul Astill - offers everything from morning coffee, cakes and savoury platters, to late night champers (21 bottles to be precise ranging in price from £40 for Moet and Chandon to £550 for Armand De Brignac Ace of Spades), a list of 50 cocktails and even oysters.
Prices start from £3.25 for a glass of Prosecco, £4.50 for a cocktail and £4.95 for a glass of champagne. They’ve also got some wild creations to come.
Craig Ince, Managing Director of the Circle Club said: “We’re now working with a local supplier on an organic champagne ice-cream that we’re just putting the finishing touches to it hopefully in time for opening week and we will be launching a sushi menu in the next month or so.”
Circle 360 is open from noon to midnight throughout the week. See below for photos from the recent launch night.
