Three Liverpool establishments have been recognised with award nominations from bar and restaurant industry magazine, Theme.
MOJO Liverpool is adding nominations for Best New Bar and Best Bar Team to a trophy cabinet which already includes Best Bar, awarded by Metro newspaper not long after it opened.
Roger Needham, MOJO’s owner, says, “This is a great recognition of the fantastic team we have in Liverpool and testament to our clients. Where else parties so hard that it needs resound-proofing a few months after opening – not because we hadn’t done it properly in the first place but because when everyone sings along to their favourite tracks, it breaks the decibel limits?”
Other Liverpool establishments to be recognised in the awards are Nando's in Liverpool One, which is up for Contemporary Design of the Year, and Alba de Cuba, which is up for Bartender of the Year for Nick Thomas.
They'll find out if they’ve won at the Theme Awards ceremony on 29 September at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
