Christmas gifts from Mr Thomas's Chop House

If you're buying a gift for a foodie this Christmas, you can't go wrong with a voucher for this event at Mr Thomas's Chop House in January.

The green-tiled wonder of Cross Street is putting on a Food and Wine Evening on Friday 20 January, hosted by Chairman of the Guild of Sommeliers, George Bergier.

George will skilfully guide guests through four sumptuous seasonal courses of Mr Thomas's finest British food. You'll discover the subtle undertones or punchy flavours of the wines he has selected to match each course, while enjoying the company of other food-focused folk.

This Friday night feast sounds like the perfect antidote to the January doldrums. Three weeks into the New Year, you'll be more than ready to abandon your resolutions and get stuck into some champion food and wines.

Buy a ticket for yourself or buy one as a present. They'll be snapped up fast so book now to avoid disappointment.

Tickets/vouchers for the four-course, matched wine dinner cost £35 per person. It takes place on Friday 20 January from 7.30pm.

To buy a ticket, please telephone Mr Thomas's Chop House on 0161 832 2245 or email toms@thevictorianchophousecompany.com

With this great news isn’t it time the city had the Hotels which have been planned for an age, bring on the Piccadilly Tower, Intercontinental Tower, Hardman Square. I ASK Manchester what our we doing ?, we need to take this city in to 21st century, like Birmingham, Liverpool and Leeds.
