Here's a lovely way to spend 20 minutes or so. Spa in the City in St Ann's Square has given us 15 Garra Fish Pedicures to giveaway to Heroes, worth £20 each.

The pedicure is actually an exfoliating foot massage performed by a shoal of little Garra fish. Sometimes known as 'the doctor fish' these little tiddlers take care of your tootsies, nibbling away at dead skin cells and giving you a relaxing massage. Your skin will be left silky soft and smooth – it's supposed to be one of the best foot treatments you can have.

It is a safe, hygienic procedure. Tank water is constantly circulated through filters and sterilisers and each client has an individual station during each treatment.
