The David Gale Signature Menu

We're delighted to announce the launch of Podium's new signature menu, created by our award-winning head chef David Gale.

It's first-class fine-dinning at an accessible price:

1 course: £15
2 courses: £21
3 courses: £29

Enjoy starters such as Assiette of potted shrimp, salmon rillete and fresh crab mayonnaise with spring peas, creme fraiche, melba toast and lemon jelly. Mains include choices such as Roast Rhug Estate chicken with a sage and apple crumble, toasted hazelnuts and apple syrup. For dessert, we have a range of daily-changing dishes, all produced to Podium's exceedingly high standards.

It's available every day for lunch and dinner.
