Property success story celebrates
Manchester City Lettings matures aged one
Date Published: 13/07/2010 14:46:22
Manchester City Lettings, the property company that specialises in high end management and lettings in the city centre, celebrated its first birthday in style with the announcement that it will soon be going into sales.
The brainchild of Jennie Platt, the company based in the grade ll listed Barton Arcade, off Deansgate, was launched just a year ago and has already put itself on the Manchester property map with its commitment to growing and managing the most exclusive portfolio in the city.
To celebrate, guests were treated to a champagne reception at the company’s HQ where Manchester tart was also on the menu.
“We wanted to say a huge thank you to all those who have supported us since we launched a year ago – our tenants, landlords and suppliers,” said Jennie who runs the business with Charlie Stapley-Platt and Corinne Kearns.
“It was hard work to begin with but we have established our niche in high end properties and penthouses, both in management and lettings.
“We will be focussing on developing our portfolio in the year ahead but will also be setting up a sales division. We believe the high end of the market will be buoyant before Christmas and we intend to use our knowledge of the sector to capitalise on that for both buyers and sellers.”
With properties ranging from £750 pcm to £7,500pcm to let, an experienced management team to meet landlords’ needs and a concierge service, Manchester City Lettings looks like one to watch.
Tenants, landlords and those looking to sell or buy should log onto www.mancitylettings.co.uk or call Jennie on 0161 834 8340.
